3 eggs
1 c sugar
⅓ c water
1 tsp vanilla
¾ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
⅔ - 1c jelly or jam

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl beat eggs until thick and lemon color, about 5min
Pour eggs into a large mixing bowl and gradually add in sugar
On low-speed blend in vanilla and water
Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt
Blend, don't mix long, still on low speed

Pour into pan, spread batter into corners
Bake12-15 min or until a toothpick comes out clean

Loosen from the pan, flip onto a towel
Sprinkle with confectionary sugar
Carefully remove paper
While hot, roll from narrow end to top and put on a wire rack to cool

Carefully unroll cake, remove the towel
Add jelly

Spread over cake, roll cake again
Sprinkle with confectionary sugar
