20 medium to large peeled tomatoes
4 cups onions
4 large carrots
1 green pepper
1/2 cup parsley
3 tbls sugar
2 tbls salt
3/4 tsp pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tsp oregano

Cook until tender

Cool enough to handle and blend entire batch and stir together

Put in jars
