3 tbls olive oil
2 tbls tomato paste
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined


Directions:
Directions:

In large bowl combine ingredients, stir until blended and smooth

Add shrimp and coat evenly

Cover and refridgerate 1 hour, tossing occasionally

Remove shrimp from marinade

Boil remaining marinade and reserve

Place shrimp on skewers (4 skewers)

Grill turning 2-3 times and brushing once with reserved marinade after 3 minutes

(6-8) minutes total
