1 pint shucked oysters
1/2 cup bread crumbs
25 ritz crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup oyster liquid
2 tbls milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 450°

Butter shallow baking dish

Combine bread crumbs and crushed crackers and stir into melted butter

Place thin layer of crumbs on bottom of greased dish

Layer oysters over crumbs, sprinkle with salt and pepper

Pour 2 tbls of oyster liquid and 1 tbls milk over top

Repeat then cover top layer with remaining crumbs

Bake 450° for 30 minutes
