2 1/2 cups herbed croutons
2 cups american cheese, shredded
1 1/2# sausage, browned
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Paprika


Directions:
Directions:

Put croutons on bottom of 9x13 baking dish

Put browned sausage in croutons

Pour milk/egg mix over meat

Put shredded cheese on next

Cover and refridgerate 4-6 hours or over night

Mix 1 can mushroom soup and 1/ 2 cup milk and spread over top

Sprinkle with paprika

Bake covered 350 for 1 hour

1/2 hour without cover
