1 lb. hamburger
8 or 9 crackers, crushed
1 small onion diced
1 small can V-8 (11.5 oz)
Ketchup
salt & pepper
About 3 large potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Mix hamburger, crushed crackers, diced onion, V-8, salt/pepper, ketchup. Set aside. Peel and slice 3 large potatoes. Place sliced potatoes in bottom of greased (2½ - inch deep) glass baking dish. (Spray baking dish with oil)
Pour meat mixture on top of potatoes and then cover with ketchup. Place lid on top and bake for 1 hour.
