1 pound canned sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, slightly mash the drained sweet potatoes. Add all of the ingredients except the marshmallows. With an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes. Add marshmallows on the top and either bake for a few minutes to allow the marshmallows to melt or carefully broil, making sure that the marshmallows don't burn!
Serve immediately.

This recipe came from Roger's brother's (Jeff) first wife Anita Slaboch. She brought it to her first Thanksgiving with all of the Slaboch family.
Our family has been making it for our Thanksgiving ever since!
