2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
4 heads dill
2½ c. water
2½ c. vinegar
¼ c. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pack beans, lengthwise, into hot ball jars, leaving ¼-inch head space to each pint. Add ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1 head dill to each jar. Combine water, vinegar and salt and bring to a boil. Pour boiling hot liquid over beans leaving ¼-inch head space. Adjust caps. process pints 10 min in boiling water bath. Yield about 4 pints.

(Substitutions if needed - instead of 4 heads dill use 4 tsp. dill - 1 tsp. in each jar)
