1 lb butter softened
1 lb light brown sugar
1 lb powdered sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 quart vanilla ice cream softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugars and spices and beat until fluffy and light. Fold in ice cream until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 2 quart freezer container and freeze. (This mix can be refrozen)

To serve - thaw slightly. Place 3 T. frozen mix and 1 jigger light rum into a large mug and fill with HOT water. Stir well. Optional - top with whip cream and serve with cinnamon stick.


***IF YOU WANT A SMALLER BATCH
2 sticks butter
1½ c. powdered (10x) sugar
1⅛ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 pint vanilla ice cream
