8 eggs
½ cup Milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 packages fully cooked breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package frozen tater tots, circles or minis

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to to 350º and lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan/ I use cooking spray.
In medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and onion powder.
Slice sausage into small chunks and add to egg mixture. I like to brown first but you do not have to.
Add half cheese to mixture.
Pour Egg/ cheese mixture into pan.
Cover mixture with entire bag of tatter tots and spread evenly over top.
Bake for about 40 minutes or more depending on your oven until light brown.
Turn off oven.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Cut in squares and serve.
