Slaw: 1-2 bags course chopped cole slaw with carrots and red cabbage

Dressing:
2 cups Dukes mayonnaise
1/4 Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grained mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery salt or seeds
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cuups (6 oz) of crumbled Roquefort blue cheese
1 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves (optional)

Directions:

In medium bowl whisk together mayo, both mustards, apple cider vinegar, celery salt or celery seeds, kosher salt and pepper. Pour dressing over slaw and toss until mixed well. Add crumbled blue cheese and parsley and toss together. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
