1 pkg frozen creamed spinach defrosted
1 baked 9-inch pie crust
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4-6 Sausage links cooked until crisp, drained and cut into small bites (can use bacon instead)
2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green onions (or onion of choice)
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or amount as desired for some heat)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine: eggs and flour until smooth in medium bowl. Add creamed spinach, sausage, Swiss cheese, milk, onion, nutmeg and pepper; stir well to combine. Pour into pie crust.
Bake: in preheated oven for 35-40 mins or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
