2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup of finely chopped onion
16 oz of sour cream
8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Mix all together.

Put into a greased 9 X 13 pan

Crush two cups of corn flakes and put on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
