1 pound of butter, softened
3 cups flour
1 cup icing sugar
½ cup corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Get four cookie sheets. Beat butter in stand mixer for about 5 minutes. Whisk all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add dry ingredients to butter, a little at a time, and then mix for about 5 minutes. Add dough to cookie press and place cookies on sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes, 9 minutes if you want bottoms darker. Cool and frost with buttercream icing.

Cookie press instructions: when filling, the teeth on bar faces away from trigger. When pressing, teeth are facing the trigger. First cookies may not have proper shapes.
