2¼ tsp (9g) Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp (4g) Sugar
1¼ C (300g) Warm Water
1½ tsp (10g) salt
360g Flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. In the bowl of a Stand Mixer, combine water, sugar, and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer and let proof for 5-10 mins.

2. Add Salt, then add flour a little at a time.

3. Mix on low speed for about 10 minutes

4. Dust the dough with flour and turn out to coat.

5. Cover with a towel and let rise for 1 hour.

6. Turn out the dough onto a floured work station and fold the edges into the centre. Pull taught and shape into a tight ball.

7. Flour a bowl and the dough and place into the bowl

8. Dust with more flour, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes

9. Preheat oven to 460ºF and place dutch oven inside to preheat

10. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and carefully drop it into the dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes

11. Remove the lid and bake for 10-20 more minutes until golden brown

12. Let Cool completely on a wire rack

Fantastic stuff. Really easy. Really important to let it cool or the interior of the loaf will be soggy!
