TO MAKE THE STEAK:

1. Create a Flour, Eggs, Flour dredging station. Dip the steak in the flour, then the egg mixture, then the next flour.

2. Shallow fry the steak in a stainless steel pan until golden brown. Place in a low-heat oven on a tray to keep warm until time to serve.

TO MAKE THE GRAVY:

1. Add 1-2 tbsp oil to the same pan you cooked the steaks in, return to the heat and add about 3 tbsp of flour, and whisk to combine.

2. Add the chicken stock and whisk until it comes to a boil and becomes thick.

3. Stir in the whole milk and thyme leaves, and cook until thick. It should coat the back of a spoon.

4. Pour the gravy over the steak and serve with fried eggs and hashbrowns.

Personal Notes:
This was really good, but I kind of burned the steak. Try frying it on medium-low heat to ensure it becomes golden brown and not burned.
