24 cherry tomatoes, cut in half (use 23 or 25 and it's ruined, ruined I tell
you!!)
4 avacados, cut into bite sized pieces
1 sweet onion, sliced thinly
2 medium cucumbers, sliced thinly
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
Juice from 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and course ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Chill at least 1 hour before
