8 lb whole cooked spiral ham
1/4 cup whole cloves
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. Put ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Stud with cloves, pressing pointed ends in Denham, spacing about 1 inch apart. Pour 1/2 cup of water into bottom of pan.
3. Whisk together brown sugar, pineapple juice, orange juice, and honey in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes. Transfer half of glaze to a serving bowl; cover and set aside until serving. Brush half of remaining glaze over ham.
4. Bake, covered, one hour and 20 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425°F. Uncover ham and brush with remaining glaze. Bake, uncovered, until browned or an instant read thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 140°F, about 10 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving with reserve glaze.
