1 small package of hash brown patties
2 cups of shredded cheese
1 lb of diced ham, cooked breakfast sausage or diced fried bacon
8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (or favorite seasoning)

Extras if wanted: can of chiles, 1/2 cup of frozen spinach or frozen chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan and arrange as many of the patties on the bottom. You may need to break some into smaller pieces.
Top with the meat and cheese (and any extras you might add.)
Beat together the remaining ingredients and pour over the other ingredients.

Seal with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Let set for a few minutes before serving.
