1 lemon
1 orange
3 TB gelatin
1/2 cup COLD water
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup HOT water
1/2 cup pecans
Confectionary sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Grate & juice LEMON & ORANGE. Add COLD water & gelatin

Put sugar into HOT water in saucepan.

When mixture reaches a boil, add gelatin & simmer for 20 minutes.

Add rind & juice & red or green food coloring if desired.

Pour into a pan that's been rinsed in cold water. Add pecans

When form & cold, cut into small cubes & roll in sugar
