2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 TB vinegar

8" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Separate eggs.

Beat yolks until light & thick.

Mix cinnamon & cloves into sugar, then add sugar mix to yolks

Add pecans, raisins & butter

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold gently into mixture (DO NOT BEAT), adding vinegar as you fold.

Pour into pie shell & bake for 10 minutes, then lower temp to 350º & continue to bake for 25 minutes

Serve with whipped cream on top.
