8 cups rolled oats
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup flax seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup peanuts
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup honey
1cup oil
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except for oil, honey, and cinnamon in a medium roasting pan. Heat oil, honey and cinnamon, do not boil. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
No lid. Stirring ever 15 minutes. When baking is finished, add 1 cup raisins, 1 cup dried cranberries and 1 cup chopped apricots. Stir until well blended.
