3 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1/2 or a little more flour
8 slices of french bread
Directions:
Directions:
Use a whip to mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Put a griddle on the stove on high.

Put a small amount of oil on griddle

Dip slices of bread in batter and place on griddle

Add a small amount of butter.

Cook until golden brown

Flip and cook both sides.

Serve with maple syrup, butter, fruit
