1 c dry rice
Onion flakes
Parsley
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ can water
½ can sherry
Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan and spread dry rice in the bottom
Sprinkle onion flakes and parsley

Place chicken on top

Combine cream of chicken soup, water, and sherry
Pour over chicken

Bake covered 350º 45min - 1hr
