Rye bread dark or light with or without Caraway seeds.
Swiss cheese sliced,
Sauerkraut
Thousand island dressing
.Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter outside of bread slices. Place butter side down on grill. Add corned beef slice to bread. Heat Sauerkraut in small saucepan Using a slotted serving spoon and a teaspoon push most of liquid out of sauerkraut and add sauerkraut to sandwich, top with thousand island dressing then a slice of swiss cheese finish with second slice of bread butter side up. Heat till hot and cheese is melting. Turn over very carefully once to brown both pieces of bread.
