Better Than Anything Cake Recipe

1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist German Chocolate cake mix
oil, eggs and water called for on the box.
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
16 oz caramel, butterscotch or fudge topping
8 oz frozen whipped topping, thaw
8 oz toffee chips or bits.

Preheat oven to 350* (325* is dark nonstick pan or glass)
Make and bake cake according to directions on the box for 9" x 13" pan. Cool 15 minutes.
Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 " with the handle end of the wooden spoon.
Drizzle condensed milk evenly over top of cake.
Let stand until milk has been absorbed into the cake.
Drizzle with topping of choice.
Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake.
Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours until chilled.
Spread whipped topping over the top of the cake.
Sprinkle with toffee bits.
Store in refrigerator.
