8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp espresso powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg. chocolate wafer cookies
2 oz melted dark or semisweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer on med/hi speed beat cream cheese, cream, cocoa, espresso powder and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form
In desired dessert dishes or high ball glass
Layer cookies, layer of cream mixture, double cookie layer, more cream mixture, cookies and
drizzle with melted chocolate.
Serve immediately or refrigerate covered with plastic wrap up to 2 days before serving.
