1 package Mint Oreos
1/4 cup butter

16 oz Cool whip
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 tsp Mint extract
4 drops Green food coloring

1 large box Chocolate pudding
Milk as required in instruction on the box

Directions:
Directions:

Melt butter and pour over food processor crushed or crushed oreo cookies. Pat into bottom of at least 9" x 13" baking dish. (I like to bake 350 about 5 minutes but you don't have to)
Mix 8 ounces of Cool Whip, cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, mint extract, and food coloring, together until smooth.
Spread mixture over the cookies.Refrigerate.
Mix pudding according to directions on the box.
Spread pudding over the cream cheese mixture layer. Refrigerate.
Top with the remaining 8 ounces of Cool Whip and sprinkle the top with crushed mint Oreos.
Put it in the refrigerator and let sit for at least 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy!

I like to use cooked chocalate pudding mix and follow directions to make in microwave, but instant is good also
Also if you use cooked pudding you need to cover it with plastic wrap right out of the microwave and cool it about 15 minutes before pouring over cream cheese layer
I used creme de menthe extract because I had it
