1/4 cup butter
6 oz bittersweet chocolate
1 cup pecans
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Melt chocolate and butter/margarine, cool.
Chop nuts in food processor to fine consistency. Add eggs, vanilla, sugar
Pour into 8 or 9 inch springform pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
Top with ganache or powdered sugar.
