Yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
4 eggs
¾ cup oil
1 lg. can mandarin oranges w/ juice

Frosting:
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 vanilla pudding (instant)
20 oz. crushed pineapple w/ juice

Cake:
Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, and oranges for 3 minutes. Pour batter into 3 9-inch round cake pans (greased and floured). Bake @ 350º for 30 min.

Frosting:
Beat Cool Whip, pudding, and pineapple. Frost cake when cool. Refrigerate and take out 30 min. before serving.

I think this recipe came from Mam-ma and Pap-pa, but I mostly remember it as my Mom's favorite cake. For many years as a teen, I would make this for Mom.
