Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups White Self-Rising Flour
1 cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt ( your choice) I use Oikos brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Just mix the 2 ingredients together thats all.

This dough can be used for Pizza- Bagels and Pastries and more. Make sure to let your ball of dough rest for 5 min before using it so that it is easier to work with. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8 min. Add a few tbsps of water if dough seems to be too dry for you and you can add a little more flour if too sticky.

For the pizza for which I use this the most Oil your pan then spread dough to cover completely.
Next add your sauce and whatever other ingredients you want

Preheat oven to 350º
Bake about 20min till crust on the bottom and the edge crust on top is slightly browned to your liking.

Check out the Two Ingredient Dough Web Sight for more ideas on how to use this dough. The Pizza is very good and since it is very easy to use my Granddaughter is in charge of making the Family Pizza Dinners by herself.
