½ cup butter or margarine, softened
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ tsp. vanilla
1¼ cup flour
¾ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugars, peanut butter, and vanilla, beat until creamy
Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt
Add flour mix to creamed mixture. Roll dough in balls the size of walnuts. Place in miniature muffin tins. Bake at 375º for 8-10 min. Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups. Press one into each cookie. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
