¼ c butter
½ c minced onion
1 lb ground chuck
1 minced garlic clove
2 Tbls flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sour cream
1 lb sliced mushrooms
¼ tsp paprika
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In a hot buttered skillet saute onion, stir meat, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and mushrooms
Saute 5min

Add cream of chicken soup

Simmer 10min, stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley

Serve over egg noodles
