¾ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar (White or Brown)
1 Egg
2 cups Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup Black or English Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into dough. Roll lengthwise and put on tray in refrigerator until cold. Slice into thin cookie slices. Place on baking tray and bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes.
