Directions:Put eggs in CHILLY water. Cover to the just to the top. When water starts to boil, turn off the heat, but leave it on the burner. Set the timer for 25 minutes. Put in icy water and let them chill. Remove from the shell. Cut in half. Slip out yolks. Mash with fork Add the other ingredients Fill the shells lightly with egg mixture Add a garnish if you want, top with paprika |

Notes: Deviled eggs, a favorite. Grandma Hazel made them, then the tradition moved to Aunt Feddie who was also an expert. Now I am chief in charge of the deviled eggs. Our favorite is the one from the 1955 cookbook, which is a little on the salty side. Every family celebration needs to have deviled eggs. They are delicious, cook them up any time.
