3-4 real cinnamon sticks
3 honeycrisp apples sliced and cored
2-3 orange slices
1 ½ cups cranberries
1 750ml Sweet Baby Red (Blended wine from Laughing Cat Vineyards)
1 cup apple cider
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup bourbon or brandy (I like Elija Craig)
juice from one lemon
1 can club soda or seltzer water

Directions:
Directions:
Add the cinnamon, apple slices, oranges and cranberries to a large pitcher. Add the wine, cider, bourbon and juices. Stir gently and refrigerate covered for 6 to 24 hours. Rim your serving glasses with cinnamon sugar.
With a long spoon put a little fruit in each glass and a cinnamon stick. Pour 3/4s full with the sangria; then top off with chilled club soda.
