½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
dash of red pepper flakes
½ tsp. garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 - 2 lbs. salmon fillet

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except salmon fillets, in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the sauce has formed a glaze.
Place salmon fillets on a broiler pan and baste with the sauce. Let sit for 15 minutes. Broil until cooked through, approx. 8 minutes.
