5or 6 Granny Smith Apples
1 cut sugar
pinch of salt
1 T cinnamon
1T allspice
pitch nutmeg
1/3 C water

1 can biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook down by do not burn. Set Aside

lay sheet of wax paper on counter and dust with flour

take one biscuit lay on flour and flip over
Roll out to small circle

add apple mixture to center of dough small amount
wet edge of dough with water and fingertip
Fold dough over apples
Scrimp edges with a fork

heat oil in deep skillet or electric fryer. place one pie in oil. cook for about 2 minutes per side or until
brown and dough is done.

Place on paper towels to cool . Enjoy!
