l cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs beaten.
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and shortening.
Add peanut butter eggs and vanilla
Add flour, soda and baking powder and salt
Mix well
roll into balls
place on cookie sheet
press out with fork or bottom of a glass to flatten.
bake at 350º fo 12 - 15 minutes
