Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour (additional Flour for rolling)
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/3 Cup of Butter
3/4 Cup Buttermilk
2 T Honey (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 415º

In a bowl place AP flour, baking powder & salt. Sifting is not needed but use a whip to breakup flour. Use room temperature butter otherwise you are just making extra work for yourself. Using a whisk you can tamp down the flour to incorporate flour and butter together. If too dry you can add more Buttermilk but if possible do not over handle the dough. If using the Honey add it to the buttermilk so that you aren't having to handle the dough more than is necessary.

When rolling out the biscuits, lay down a piece of wax paper down, if mixture is dry then do not add additional flour which will make it tough. If you want to make layered Biscuits then you can keep folding over to create many layers.
