4 oz Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (2 lemons, medium sized).
4 oz Cointreau liqueur or, Triple Sec
7 oz Cranberry Juice Cocktail, such as Ocean Spray
7 oz good vodka, like Grey Goose

EQUIPMENT; Pitcher and Cocktail shaker

1. In a pitcher, combine and stir together lemon juice, Cointreau, cranberry juice, vodka and raw egg (if using).

2. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice and pour enough of the drink mixture into the shaker to almost fill it.

3. Shake the cocktail for a full 30-seconds and strain into a martini glass(es).

Serve Ice Cold.

NOTE: I added a couple of drops of Simple Syrup for a little extra sweetness. Garnish if desired with Fresh Mint.
