Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

2 lbs beef stew meat (raw cubed meat)
2 packages McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
1 1/2 cup water
1 onion diced
2 cups slice mushrooms
1/2 t. each - dried thyme, oregano, black pepper

After cooking above ingredients in slow cooker, add the following:
16 oz sour cream
8 oz egg noodles, cooked

Directions:

Place raw, cubed meat in large slow cooker. Top with diced onions and then mushrooms and herbs.
Mix Brown Gravy packages with water and pour over the meat and veggies.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours without removing lid.
After cooking, add sour cream and stir until smooth. Next add drained, cooked noodles - stir & serve!
