7 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup mashed bananas
¾ cup potato starch
1 cup ground nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg whites with a bit of the sugar until stiff. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks, then add the sugar and salt, beating until lemon colored. Add the bananas, potato starch, and nuts. Carefully fold in the egg whites. Bake (in a tube pan if possible) for 45 minutes at 180 C.
