2 K. apples, peeled and cut into chunks
Orange juice
Juice of ½ lemon
Sugar to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Put the apples in a pot and add water until the apples are barely covered. Bring water to a boil. Remove from flame. When somewhat cooled, mash and add the lemon juice. Stir in orange juice and sugar to taste.
