2 cups matza meal
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt

Directions:
Mix the eggs, oil, and water together. In a separate bowl, mix the matzo meal, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add this bowl to the first bowl and mix well. Let stand a few minutes so that the matza soaks up some of the liquid. In the meantime, bring water to a boil in a big pot. Add some salt to the water. Form matza balls with your hands (wet your hands to make it less sticky) and drop them into the simmering water. Simmer for ½ hour in a covered pot. Makes 40.
