Salt
Ground almonds

Cut and pound the chicken breasts so that they lay flat. Dry them with a paper towel and lightly salt each one. Prepare three bowls. In the first bowl, put potato starch. In the second bowl, put a few eggs which you have beaten well. In the third bowl, put ground almonds. Take a chicken breast, turn it in the potato starch, then the eggs, and finally in the almonds. Gently press the almonds into the chicken with your hands. Fry on medium heat, turning so that each side is golden brown. The chicken meat turns white when it is cooked.
