1 chicken, cut into pieces
Oil for frying
¼ tsp. fresh ginger
2 T. honey
2 Oranges, cut into sections
2 T. potato starch (optional)
¼ cup oil
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 – 2 cups orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put the oil in the bottom of a pan. Heat until sizzling but not smoking. Add the chicken pieces and fry them a few minutes until they are brown. Remove them and put them aside.

Put the potato starch, spices, and honey into the pan with the oil. Mix. Add the orange juice and mix again. Add the chicken. Cover and gently simmer until the chicken is cooked through and through. (The meat should be white in color down to the bone). Add orange sections on top. Heat again and serve.
