4 Bell pepper
1 cup Onion
4 medium Russet potatoes
24 oz Smoke Sausage (2 12oz packages)
5 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Start by slicing bell peppers, onions, potatoes, and sausage and placing them into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Add seasoning and toss again to coat.

2. Cut large squares of foil and layout to fill (6-8 depending on how full you fill each pack). Fill middle with seasoned veggies and kielbasa and fold foil up around food.

3. Grill: Medium heat for 17-25 minutes
Oven: 400 degrees for 30 minutes and place foil packs on a baking sheet.
