3 lbs hamburger
1 med. Chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 cup rice
½ cup chopped green pepper
corn
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese
6 Green Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and onion.
2. Add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and rice.
3. Simmer until rice is soft and liquid is mostly gone.
4. Add chopped green pepper and corn
5. Season to taste.
6. Add shredded cheese to the mixture when you put it into the pepper. Place some cheese on top also.
7. Clean peppers.
8. Parboil peppers in boiling water for about 5 min.
9. Place peppers in 9 x 13 in. pan. Fill with meat mixture, added shredded cheese.
10. Cover and bake for 30-45 min. on 350.
