 2 cups shredded chicken
 ¼ cup chopped onion
 1 can green chilies
 8-16 oz. cream cheese
 ¼ cup milk
 ¼ cup slivered almonds
 1 can cream of chicken
soup
 8 oz. sour cream
 1 cup milk
 1 tbsp butter
 1 tsp cumin
 1 cup Monterey Jack
Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, ¼ c. milk, ½ of the
cheese, almonds, and cumin.
2. In a sauce pan, melt the butter. Add onions and
sauté until clear. Add the rest of the green chilies,
milk, sour cream, and soup.
3. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll into rolls.
4. Put into 9 x 13 pan
5. Pour soup mixture over enchiladas
6. Cover with tin foil.
7. Cook for 45 minutes on 375.
8. Sprinkle with cheese and cook 10 more minutes.
